I updated all the applications to the last version. Now, when I open Adobe XD CC, sometimes my macbook pro late 2013 with HighSierra OS crash and i get the kernel panic screen. I had this problem four times right now.
How can i fix this ?
Thanks.
Hi Again,
Thanks for continuing to work with us. If manually finding the log is proving a bit tricky, the Log Collector tool should be able to handle that for you. The logs should give a bit more idea of where to poke. Could you also let me know the version of the Creative Cloud application you are using? If you click on the CC icon in the menu bar, then click the dots on the right of the popup, you should be able to see the version under Preferences > General.
Thanks for continuing to work with u

Do you have a crash log from when it kernel panicked? That would help us figure out what's going on and how to fix it.
Thanks,

Hi there,
Thanks for keeping in touch with us as we try to track down the underlying issue. Unfortunately, because kernel panics are often caused by the way low level operations are interacting, we're going to have to start looking at a broad range of things and those will hopefully give us some clues.
A couple questions
1. At what point during XD launch does the crash occur? Do you see a login screen, a welcome window?
2. If you can get far enough in the load, what version does XD list under XD > About XD?
3. What other applications are running?
4. Do you have any external hardware connected (monitors, input devices, hard disks, printers, etc)?
5. Are you logged in to Creative Cloud and do you have the menu bar application running?
Some things to try
1. Close all other applications (including the Creative Cloud menu bar application) and try loading XD.
2. Remove all external hardware and try loading XD.
Logs
Some additional logs would be helpful for us, particularly PDApp.log. You can find instructions for this here:
https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353010-adobe-xd-bugs/suggestions/20027572-share-onlin e-error22
The log collector result would give us some additional data as well. You can message the file to me or Elaine, but if you would post the answers to the above questions / experiments, that might help if others have ideas as well.
Thank you again for continuing to work with us as we investigate,
-Bear
