Trying to resolve a workflow issue.

IN LRCC Bringing in RAW files with a XMP brings in adjustments.

How do you do this with JPG files that have an adjustment to them

Can you bring in an exported catalog somehow to LRCC? that brings its adjustments with it.

You cant save XMP for JPGS

How are people bringing in graded photos from LRC into LRCC

thanks

oh, just found the migrate cc catalog button. doh........

you'd think it would be an option under add photos (from you know, a lightroom catalog)

Jpegs and Tif files can store adjustments directly in the file just like dng does. If you enabled writing into files in Lightroom's preferences then your adjustments will always travel within the files themselves. RAW files need a sidecar since RAW is read only. If you send your jpeg to someone else and they open it with Lightroom they will see your adjustments.
