Audio Spectrum doubt

Hi ! my doubt is this: I did an audio spectrum. and when I "replace" the audio (to make a new video - I replace the audio), the audio spectrum does not reach "maximum height" ... example:

with the original song that a make the project :

with " replaced " song :

Is the volume level of the replacement song recorded at the same level as the original song? You can check the levels in the audio panel.
