Dear Sir/ Madam,

I'm trying to re-install Adobe Acrobat Reader, but the problem is; It's saying that I already have a newer version as can be seen in the attachment. But I have deleted the previous version normally, without any problems.

(For more information, see attachment).

Can someone please tell me how I can fix this problem.

Thank you in advance,

With kind regards,

Aghyad AlSherfawi

Hi AghyadAlSherfawi,

We apologize for the delay in response to your query.

This generally cause problem when the old traces of the application were not removed completely, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

If you are still experiencing the same problem, then you may follow the steps suggested below-

You may run the cleaner tool to remove the application's old files completely- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

And re-download it through- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
