Hi Raymondl,
Could you please let us know from where are you trying to access the Camera Raw Plugin?
As there are two different Camera Raw Plugins. One is integrated in Photoshop and the other one is accessible via Bridge.
You need to access it through Bridge to be able to use the Crop feature.
