Need to reinstall FM 15 - how to obtain the software?

Can make it work in the DL section - After DL Framemaker_13_LREFDJ.exe and all the update patches it still ask me "the file archive part of FM 15 is missing you need all the parts ...bla bla

please advice?

How are you accessing the FM2015 install files? Usually there's a large zip file and a smaller installer exe that you download. You run the installer to unpack the zip file and then launch the installer inside the unpacked folders.

Thanks Barb - yup, I was correct - there's the smaller Framemaker_13_LREFDJ.exe and the bigger Framemaker_13_LREFDJ.7z file - both have to be downloaded and placed in the same folder to be run.
