Selecting Objects

Hi,

I am looking to create a variation on the selection tool but cannot find anything on how to select art objects in the API or references.

Is there any documentation or examples on selection and drag selection out there?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can select a single piece of art by setting the selected attribute:

sAIArt->SetArtUserAttr(art,kArtSelected,kArtSelected);

I don't think there is anything in the SDK to deal with drag selection.

Okay, I see. Maybe I will have to draw an unfilled dashed box and select everything it touches
