Photoshop Elements compatibility in HighSierra OS10.13

Just upgraded to HighSierra and have Photos, the native app - I want PShop Elements - what version if any, will be compatible??

Photoshop elements 2018 works with High Sierra.

That's the only version adobe currently sells.

PSE 18 keeps crashing when dragging an object between files.  The fix they recommended hasn't worked.   The fix worked on PSE 15 but will see how long it lasts.  The fix worked temporarily on 18 but has resumed crashing.   Here is the recommendation.

I am perfectly happy with PS elements 13.  My 2017 iMac came with High Sierra and now my elements 13 won't work.

How is that possible that elements 13 works on my macBook that is running Sierra and it won't work on my new iMac.

Kind of a ripoff for Adobe to make their customers purchase a new version.

Apple made changes between Sierra and High Sierra that pse 13 doesn't work with i'm guessing.

Is your pse 13 from the mac app store?
