Problems with customizing the character leading in PS 2018

I've recently updated to CC2018 and when I try to change the leading in the character window to a custom size it doesn't allow me to  write a new number, when I try to delete everything it shows like a never ending random number. Has anyone run into the same problem?

I'm having the same issue as well. Recently updated my programs. I have attached screenshots to reference. I tried setting my leading to 34 and it would not allow me to enter a custom size. Received an error after pressing enter.
