Registered Devices on CC

I'm constantly seeing devices registered against my CC subscription that don't belong to me.

I've got 2 factor auth enabled, and no other devices connecting to my network.  Adobe support have yet to be able to resolve the issue and repeatedly close my support tickets.  I've changed my username and password, de-registered my devices, and yet I still see other computers on my subscription.

Anyone else experiencing this?

what happens after you sign them out?

I get new and different ones appearing !

how long after you deactivate all computers does that take for the new activations to appear?

does that ever occur when none of your computers are powered-on?
