Using PS CC 2018 v19.0 to open DDS files that are sent to me works just fine, but when trying to open DDS files that I extract from ERP Archives using Ego ERP Archiver, I get the message "Could not complete your request because of a program error." Specs are below, any ideas?
Without knowing anything about the nature of the DDS files nobody can tell you anything. DDS files can be structurally complex and support a bunch of different features that may not necessarily be plainly editable outside the game engine itself.
