What happened to my Mini Bridge?

Hi, I have Photoshop CS6 (the standalone version, not CC) running on my Windows 10 64bit computer

I have all the updates up to date. On Nov.1 when I went to use Photoshop, Mini Bridge quit working,

Photoshop opens the Mini Bridge window but there is nothing in it  I can't figure out how to get it to

work  again, one strange thing is if I change the system date to 2016 and start Photoshop it will

Work!! Then change it back to 2017 and it quits working

Anyone have any idea that could help with this ?

Thanks,,, that looks like that might fix my problem I'll try and see what happens
