Photoshop save for web and devices ToolTipText keeps on screen after updating to OS X High Sierra

I have a recent issue in Photoshop CC, after updating the Mac OS to High Sierra. Everytime i save for web and devices, the yellow text from each text field of the window (ToolTipText) keeps on the screen. There's no way to remove it.

If i cmd + tab to go to other applications, the yellow text keeps there! Just disappear from the screen hiding or quitting Photoshop.

I already try this and doesn't solve the problem: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/375776

Even restarting the computer.

Any help? Thanks

Turn off the Tool Tips in the parent photoshop application.

Photoshop CC>Preferences>Tools

I would also report the issue over here so more adobe staff know about it.
