You can use After Effects and the Keylight effect to remove the green screen. Then go to Composition > Save Frame As > Photoshop Layers so you can work with the result in Photoshop.

To expand on Myra's answer: if you do not have After Effects, a (free) alternative might be BlackMagic Fusion. Blackmagic Design: Fusion
Although both are a bit overkill, since there are many Youtube video tutorials on how to remove a green screen in Photoshop. Google YouTube green screen removal.

Hi Rayek,
You can get the KEY36 photoshop plugin and try up to 50 extractions for free. You can download it from www.36pix.com/KEY36. I used it and the results are amazing! It even removed green spill from your subject.

If you are talking about still images, then using a green screen is not a good way to go about it. Better to use a neutral coloured background like white or grey. You can also just use the standard selection tools, and desaturate the inevitable green cast that will creep in from the boundary.
If you are talking about video, then I don't personally know of any third party tools that will key out a green screen. Photoshop is intended as a basic video editor, and has a tiny fraction of the tools and functions of Premiere Pro, and while this is only a guess, I suspect the same applies comparing Photoshop and Premiere Elements when it comes to video.
[EDIT] Sorry tweety-cat. I missed your post about www.36pix.com/KEY36 Have you used it, and it is it any good?
