re-downloading previously purchased adobe

My computer crashed and I am trying to re establish all of my adobe software. Is it possible to re-download photoshop, lightroom, etc if i have the serial numbers? and if so, HOW?!?!?  (keep in mind, i am NOT computer savvy AT ALL!)
