Encompass Crashing Since Adobe update

Since the update that was pushed on 8/8/17 multiple people in the office are having an issue with encompass crashing while printing documents. The OS is Wisdows 7 Pro SP1. There is no error code, it just stops responding and closes. Upon reviewing event logs I get 3 events:

We have uninstalled and reinstalled all associated programs, and ran updates on everything. Please advise, thanks.

If the original poster is still tracking this, as of Friday Nov 3rd. Encompass support FINALLY found the issue and is able to replicate it themselves. They are working on a patch and should hopefully have one this week.

In the mean time, since you all are still on Windows 7, a possible work around for you all is to uninstall .Net 4.7. Anything 4.6 and earlier is fine, but 4.7 is apparently what breaks it. Yes, we know the error references 4.0 of .Net.
