Assign Font color based on numeric value from dataset

Hey folks,

I was hoping someone could help me write a script that assigns one of three colors to text layers based on their numeric value that is being generated from a .csv dataset.

The key should be:

1) 0-69 = C(1) M(88) Y(83) K(0) / #EC463A

2) 70-89 = C(40) M(18) Y(3) K(0) / #96B8DB

3) 90-100 C(84) M(54) Y(0) K(0) / #0071CE

Can anyone help? PS I have next to no knowledge about scripts.
