Forms on website not working

Hi all,

I have a clients website live, however neither of the forms are sending through (not fault showing on the site, just not being received) Any suggestions on how to fix?

Hi Haley,

Did you check the spam folder?

What has email address been placed in the widget?

Is that email registered with their domain?

Who is your hosting provider?

Hi Ankush,

Yes spam has been checked.

the email is in the widget yes and is info@jessicabratich.com

the email is registered through GoDaddy on Office 365 and hosting is on Godaddy

I am also having the same issue with another website.
