Hi there,

I updated my After Effects for an upcoming project, Now suddenly I only have the trial available?

I have a full Creative suit account, and have access to all the other apps as I usually do. Just for some reason, I don't "own" After effects anymore.

I have restarted, logged out and logged in.... Updated the other apps to see if they do the same thing... no change to after Effects at all.

And I couldn't get into a chat or contact Adobe more directly.

Please help as soon as possible I have a massive project that I should have started yesterday.

Hi Alex,

As I understand that you are getting a trial error please see:

Stop Creative Cloud from reverting to trial mode

Hope this helps!

Feel free to update the thread for more questions.

Thanks

I have a full Creative suit account,

Do you have Creative Suite or Creative Cloud, in other words, do you have a perpetual license or do you have a subscription?
