Adding a Stamp to Favorites

When I Add Current Stamp To Favorites it works but doesn't stay in favorites upon closing and reopening Acrobat. Why?

Are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, please check if you have the latest version of Acrobat installed on the machine. Click 'check for updates' under help menu. You may also download updates manually from this link: Adobe - Acrobat : For Windows

Reboot the machine after installing the update and try again.
