Adobe Acrobat Perfessional forms created in Version 10

We have an employment application that is accessible via a web link. Periodically, the HR office receives blank forms. We have tested it extensively in IT, and can't reproduce the issue. We have tested it on multiple platforms. Does anyone have any insight on this?

Sorry for the delay in response. I hope you already have found an answer to this problem.

Would let us know us what happens when they click on the link: Does the form downloads on their local machine? Or it opens in a browser itself? If it is opening in the browser, which browser you are using? And help us with the exact version of Acrobat/Reader you are using currently on affected machines?

For testing purposes only you may try disabling protected view, to disable, launch Acrobat/Reader: Edit>Preference>Security(Enhanced).
