Just tried to log out and back in. Didn't help. Still asking me to buy!!!  Aargh! I was in a hurry the other day so I started the trial version just to get up to speed. Now it tells me the trial version has expired. I need to have these apps functioning on both my iMacs! Help

Please rename the Sl store folder:

Windows: Navigate to C:/ProgramData\Adobe\ (Program data is hidden Folder) and rename Slstore it to Slstore.old 

Mac: Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore.

Hi Adobe techie, Nothing so far has helped me sort this out. The verification dialogue just keeps spinning and the Adobe page  to fix the problem can't be found. Help! Seriously! Thanks

Thanks Adobe Techie,

This fix worked. I followed these instructions as follows:

Windows: Navigate to C:/ProgramData\Adobe\ (Program data is hidden Folder) and rename Slstore it to Slstore.old

Mac: Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLStore.

I also notice that I had a few folders names SLStore so I renamed them all as above.

I am a happy chappie!
