Hey guys,
back in CC 2017.0.x it was possible to open 32 bit images in Camera Raw Filter, which is not possible in 2017.1.x. How come? Is there any option this will be possible again?
I've yet to upgrade to CC 2018, can anyone tell me whether it is possible there?
Kind regards and thanks for the help,
David
This was a decision by Adobe and as such continues in the latest update :
Command 'Camera Raw filter' not available in Merge to HDR Pro

I should have added - that there is a further workaround that is not listed in the link I posted:
1. Save your 32 bit file as a 32 bit TIFF (it has to be a TIFF not a PSD)
2. Import the TIFF to Lightroom
3. Convert the TIFF in Lightroom to DNG
4. Open the DNG as a Smart object in Photoshop
Back in Photoshop, by clicking on the smart object it opens in camera raw with full 32 bits available.
