Appcrash problem

Hi all !

I'm on Adobe Creative CC and i have a message APPCRASH when i close Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator...

I have the same message when i start Adobe Character Animator CC and this program don't want to start.

Please could you tell me how to fix it ?

My configuration is :

i7

16 GO ram

Windows 7

Vidéo card GTX 980 (last drivers)

Hi Pierre,

As you've mentioned that couple of apps crashes when you close or open them, I'd recommend you to refer this article Adobe Creative Cloud applications close immediately after launch

If that doesn't help, Please post the crash report or a screenshot of the crash report here.

I tried to disconnect and connect again but it doesn't work anymore.

In the NVIDIA control panel i don't have the "selected graphics processor" option.

Please get  in touch with your GPU manufacturer and check with them what might be causing the GPU to disable or hide this option.
