Student Account Problem

I have been paying for my daughter's Adobe Creative Cloud account with all the apps and now it is time to renew or cancel and I find that when I login to my account there isn't any way to make any changes. When I go to Manage Account and look at Plans and Pricing I am told that I have the Creative Cloud Free membership which is certainly not true since the old student price of $15.99 is drafted out of my account each month. Checking the orders shows that I have never had any orders - how do I correct this mistake so I can manage the account properly?
