TOC generating unwanted page numbers in Pub

Dear All,

The first time I generated a table of contents to be included on a page within the EPub, everything worked alright.  I updated the TOC to correct some errors, and now I can't get rid of page numbers that have suddenly appeared.  I have unchecked the box to include page numbers, but I can't get rid of them.  Why do they keep appearing and how can I correct the problem.  I'm working with InDesign CC 13, (latest version 2017).  I'm assuming this is a bug?  Thanks.

Just to double check, did you select No Page Number (see screen shot)?
