Creative Cloud desktop application - Installed applications are missing

Hi folks,

we have the Creative Suit 5.5 Web Premium installed in a company I work for. In the latest version (4.3.0.256) of the Creative Cloud desktop application there are no CS 5.5 applications present in the "Apps" tab (they were in older versions, or in the former Application Manager). Missing applications are installed on the same PC on which is the Creative Desktop application running and I am logged in with the account under which is the CS 5.5 registered. Therefore it is problem to manage those missing applications and their updates/versions.

I have tried to solve this problem (and another one with a suddenly empty and non functioning Export module in the Bridge CS5) for hours with no success. Can someone help me with this, please?

Thank you for the response.

As I understand, there is no possibility to manage the CS 5.5 applications from the CC desktop app now.

Is there a way to install and use the former Application Manager (uninstall the CC app) without a complete reinstall of the CS 5.5?

you can probably use your 5.5 suite installation files to install just the aam by selecting custom install at the start of installing.
