Photoshop CC 2018 line height (leading) bug

Hello all

After updating to Photoshop CC '18 I've noticed some very irritating issue with text and adjusting its line height.

Adjusting the text line height (leading) is just not possible after enlarging a text layer as one object using the Move Tool.

The values jump like crazy (for ex. from 30 to 68.47 to 157.23 to 334.72) instead of going up/down by one - as usual - when using scroll or up/down keyboard arrows. Also, typing a specifying number into the box does not work either.

Just some random number appears instead.

I'm guessing there is no solution available yet, but I hope it comes quickly with new update!

Any idea when this fix will be released? It's really quite an annoying bug!

I'm basically a forum volunteer and not privy to what the programmers do. I'm sure they can't say because every time they  rewrite the code, it has to be checked again. I would estimate in less than a month and you can install and use CC 2017 if you need to get work done.

2 weeks since this bug was introduced.   Ridiculous that Adobe has not fixed it.
