I also have an alert "Adobe XD not compatible" on my Adobe CC pannel despite my system complies with the requirements for Windows 10 (64-bit) stated on the Adobe XD webpage.
Thank you, this is no longer necessary.
I had to purchase a graphics adapter to solve the problem.

What's the build number of your operating system? We only support the Anniversary Edition and later.

It looks like you have an older version of the GPU, which may block your installation. Can you upgrade your GPU drivers from the manufacturer and try again?

Instead of checking Windows (which doesn't always give you the right version), can you check on the Intel site?
