Windows task bar does not popup when CC application is in full screen

Hi,

I want to report an annoying problem, when Windows task bar is hidden and when a CC application (last release: 2018) is in full screen: it is impossible to popup the windows task bar when hovering its location. I have to minimize the CC app, launch another program and maximize again the CC app. This happens in particular with Dreamweaver, Illustrator, Photoshop (I did not yet try the other apps). When another app is running (e.g. the windows explorer), I use ALT+TAB to switch between applications, but I would appreciate to be able to launch any application without this switch.

This problem appears both on Windows 7 and Windows 10.
