I need a solution approach considering the requirements like is it possible if I host IBM Websphere ,Node js server etc on IBM cloud and AEM on AMS (Adobe cloud )? What are the issues I may face if i try to establish such a communinication . Any leads on this will be appreciated .

Except network latency which you will have, one key thing is you may have to work with AMS team to establish communication between IBM Cloud and AEM instance.

By default, many of the ports will be blocked at AMS which you may need for communication between AMS <- > IBM.
