I installed and tried to sign in and keep getting "waiting"

So I downloaded photshop cc, installed it, extra window popped up to sign in and told me to close the window because I was all set and the installer would continue to sign me in, so I did that. Now I'm stuck with this...

I downloaded photoshop cc 5 times, restarted my laptop, and nothing has worked. Please helppppppp me! This is the paid version by the way and not the free trial. Thanks!

Thank you. I figured it out. I had to sign in with adobe id instead of google.
