The Latest After Effect cc 2018 Still Buggy and lagging when play preview also make a crash !

hi please help me for fix my situation on my AE 2018 new latest update (15.0.0.0)

i still can't play preview smoothly also make AE crash not responding when i keep skipping the video editing

my spec

preview option can't play smoothly still lagging , latest update (15.0.0.0) (Build 180) did not fix it.

System specs:

Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 14393)

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4710HQ CPU

Memory: 16384MB RAM
