Open the page: Installation problems | Flash Player | Windows 7 and earlier

Under the heading "Still having problems" click on the specific link to NPAPI/PPAPI/ActiveX plugin.

To get the distribution version of Flash Player even once you need to apply for distribution license. You can specify the requirement details there. The license is valid for a period of 1 year. Link to distribution license application is Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe .

I have a valid distibution license, I've downloaded  Adobe Flash Player Distribution | Adobe  (msi installer) but EXE installer of flash player doesn't work.

The link to the file install_flash_player_27_plugin.exe did not work. But now is ok. I've downloaded the distribution version of Flash

We released a new version (27.0.0.187) earlier today and based on the time-stamp of your post, it's quite possible you were attempting to download the file during the deployment.
