While running Photoshop CC 2018 a sort of sound is coming from CPU

"A sort of sound" is about as vague a description as you could give.

What sort of sound - fan noise ?

Are you sure it is the CPU - not the GPU? My GPU card does make the occasional sound as it switches speed.

What system are you running?

When does the sound occur?

Whining Sound. I think Fan noise. I change Compatible Graphic Card Nvedia 730T. Window 10 build 1709 . Only when CC 2018 is running. When quit it goes.
