photoshop won't open

Same problem here!

Since today PS CC 2018 won't open photo's and in the Creative Cloud Menu, Photoshop & Lightroom CC are blue with the text "install" but after pressing install it starts installing, but after the install it remains blue with the install text. I have de-installed both programs and re-installed them but with out any results.

When I open PS he starts with the message that he could not synchronize colour settings because file with colour settings could not be found.

Please help! Thanks!

Hi

Try running the Adobe CC cleaner tool between uninstalling and re-installing

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
