I have a media arts student that wants to use a tutorial image that she modified in Photoshop as part of a project presentation. We have strict rules about copyright. So, my question: Are the tutorial images restricted for public use due to copyright? Or can she use it publicly if she credits Adobe as the source?

Images used in tutorials are usually copyright, but I would have thought that those used for educational, non-commercial use, as you describe, would be acceptable.
