Redact 2017 Efficiency and Use Questions (hint: it isn't efficient and it has lost functionality with this upgrade)

Why does redact in 2017 go backwards 20 years. I work every day redacting documents and this update is the worst. It takes twice as long to do anything. Why can't I have a pop-up box with the redact codes anymore?? I have to right click and travel to the correct menu. Takes forever. And someone please tell me how I find text to redact while also applying the appropriate redact code to all the selections? All I can seem to do now is find the text and mark it for redaction, but then I need to individually travel to each selection and right click, etc etc, to mark it with the appropriate code. Whoever 'updated' the redaction functions has clearly never redacted a document in their life.

If you are still experiencing the same issue, we recommend you to try updating the application to latest version as we have the latest patch released for Adobe Reader/Acrobat now-  Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader
