I've been at this for weeks. My After Effects does not open. The error it gives is:

"After Effect can't continue: unexpected failure during application startup"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Cleaned all fonts on mac. Updated mac. Updated every Adobe CC program.

I have talked to Adobe support three times. They took over my computer three times and could never

fixed it. (They even sent me to Apple support once.) I have clean uninstalled all of Adobe CC, used the cleaner tool,

deleted all extra files (as instructed by Adobe Support) and reinstalled. Same error message.

Mac info:

iMac (Retina 5k, 27 inch 2015)

OS X Yosemite version 10.10.5

16GB memory installed

3.3 GHz processor

Thank you, but I fixed my problem. I was on macOS High Sierra GM Beta, I

Hi Kevin,

I'm having the same issue - running Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.3. This is the latest version so I cannot upgrade any further. Please advise! Thanks in advance.
