ps2018.0.1 still has bug

When I use the mouse wheel to modify the size of the text or  the distance between the lines,it  can not be previewed immediately.By the way，Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 splash screen image is so bad！

I have the same problem. I don't know if it started with yesterday's update or the one a few days ago, but whichever it has broken this feature.
