Changing text size does not update on image

I think what they call live preview of text size changes is not working with PS CC 2018.

I type some text on an image

Use CTRL+A to select all the text

Click in the text size box at top of screen (or in character panel)

Use the mousewheel to scroll the size larger or smaller

Size of text in image does not change as you scroll like it used to

It does not change until I hit enter

Yes I have tried it out on a Mac and the live preview text size does not change until you hit enter.

So they fix the leading issue and now there's a live preview issue. What is going on at Adobe.
