Hey guys
I'm having a lot of trouble erasing a computer authorization.
We are using Adobe Digital Editions on our computers at work, and on one of the computers, there is an old account still logged in. Now, I want to erase that login, so a new employee can log in with his information, but the program won't let me. Even though im writing the Passeword to the Adobe ID, it just sas "unable to erase authorization." Would it help to completely delete the old adobe account? We have no use for it right now, as the employee isn't with us any more.
