Unable to play sound from ArrayBuffer (6048 length ) of 16 bit raw PCM Audio data ( stream from the server in Websocket )

Operating System : Windows 10

Browser : Internet Explorer

Flash : 9.0

I am getting Audio data from the server in WebSocket. I am using ArrayBuffer of length to read the data and then converting to Int16Array. From Int16Array to Float32Array but it is playing noise instead of sound.

Do I have to decode audio data of raw 16 bit PCM ?

How to decode the data into Floating samples which range from -1 to 1.

Is there any sample code or tutorials you have provided anywhere which I can use for help.
