Can't access the apps even though I'm licensed, window pops up saying I need to sign in but I'm signed in

I updated adobe and lightroom and I can't access them. A window pops up saying that I need to sign in although I am signed in and when I sign in through it, it says that I'm licensed and to click on continue in order to open the apps. However, instead of the app, the same window pops up asking me to sign in again. This happens every time I do it, it's like an endless circle.
