Photoshop 2018 - Cursor Appearing while Drawing

Hi so I am having these issues with the latest update of Photoshop cc 2018. I am not sure what is causing this exactly but it appears to do this randomly.  I am on a Wacom Mobile Studio Pro 13, i7. Perhaps is there a way to fully reset my preferences/settings to default? Reinstalling did not fix anything. Please help!

Also this is definitely a Photoshop issue as Krita (a similar program for drawing) is working perfectly. Thank you!

Hi,

You can reset the Photoshop preferences using shortcut -

Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (Mac OS) as you start Photoshop. You are prompted to delete the current settings.

Okay this worked! Although I had to delete the prefs file manually. This also fixed a bit of the subtle lag issues I was also having.
