How do I get a .pdf version of the User's Guide of PS elements? 

I don't want the online version, which is the only one I found when I searched support, because I don't always have access to the Internet. 

I need the User's Guide so I can fully evaluate PS elements before I complete buying it.  I'm moving from an OLD version of Photoshop, which I can't afford to upgrade or substitute anymore, and I need to know if Elements is a satisfactory substitute.

The pdf manuals for Adobe softwares are not up to date. We hope to get them in a few months... nothing official. What is true is that pdf manuals are very useful, so your best choice would be to download the latest pdf version:

Note that the faq has not been updated, the link named PSE 13 is really for PSE15.

If you are coming from an old version, using that pdf you'll only miss the few changes since PSE15, those you can browse when you are online.
