How to find text within all topic?

Can someone please describe how to search for a string of text within all topics?

I can easily see in the edit menu now to find text that occurs in a topic title when the TOC is selected, or search for text within one topic in an open topic item. But how to search for text within ALL topics eludes me. Surely its possible to do?

Thanks!

If you look in the toolbox you will find a multi file find and replace tool. Beware though, it only searches on a single line in common with many text editors.

To search across multiple lines you need something like FAR from http://www.helpware.net (excellent interface and does much more) or BKReplaceEm (free and does the job).
