Crashing Problem

I made a logo for my website https://explaininhindi.com form Adobe Illustrator, and when I go to photoshop and want to save in PNG format of my logo then the photoshop suddenly crash and closed. I also tried that I uninstalled and reinstalled this but same problem appears. Please help me, how can I solve this problem?

Can you post a link to you LOG file you created in AI?

Could you please let us know which version of Photoshop are you using & on which operating system are you working on?

Also, please let us know is this happening with only one specific file or multiple files?
