Hi, I'm sorry if this I frequently asked question.
I had a new debit card issued, which meant the card linked to my Paypal needed to be changed. Creative Cloud wont let me save the updated details, it prompts me to a 'update payment details link' which I do, it then says click save to save these details but nothing happens. They have now ended my subscription until the details are updated.
Please help!!!

Hi,
Thank you for the reply. Its alway comforting to know it has been an issue for other people and its not just me being dim.
Ive tried everything on the troubleshooting list and no luck. Ive tried three different browsers in additon to safari on my ipad and none work. Can you shed any more light please.
