Cancel the account that I do not know the account ID.

My bank account was charged a monthly fee for over a year now. But I do not even know what account ID it was and I never login to the account nor use the account. I could not get to the customer service because they seem busy all the time. Please help me cancel the account and stop charging me for something I do not even use.
